The role and function of the registered nurse within the health visitor team/service has been the subject of much debate, This publication will both; provide a framework for facilitating and assessing the learning and development of the registered nurse within the health visitor team/service; and provide a framework which the registered nurse member of the health visitor team/service can use to illustrate her/his learning, continuing professional development and achievement of PREP requirements during their time in the role.

This popular range of tools was developed by Unite/CPHVA to support the assessment of the mental, and some social and physical health needs for new mothers.
Each of the booklets, leaflets and posters are available in six languages:
Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, Somali, Urdu and English (for use with English and non-English speaking mothers).
